About iQuantile
Built on a decade of real problems.
iQuantile is the infrastructure that did not exist. We built it because we needed it ourselves, working alongside the organizations we serve, sector by sector, problem by problem.
The origin
It started with a conviction.
iQuantile was founded in New York in 2014. The conviction behind it: technology built with purpose creates impact that lasts.
In the years that followed, our team built solutions across finance, agriculture, supply chain, food services, mobility, manufacturing, ready-made garments, and research. Sector after sector. The problems changed. The pattern remained.
Every organization wanted technology that could help them grow, compete, and serve more people. Most were investing in tools that could not talk to each other, could not learn from their decisions, and added complexity to operations that were already stretched. The right infrastructure simply did not exist.
The nonprofit sector showed us this first. We built Quantibly to address it. Healthcare presented the same gap. We built Qare Health. Education reached out with the same systemic challenge. We built Lexis to make learning equitable and accessible. Every platform we built was a direct response to a real problem in a real sector.
Today, iQuantile is an ecosystem of products and services, each configured for a specific industry, all powered by Telos. Conceptualized, developed, and deployed under Lexington Advisory Group. Democratized through the Global Impact Commons.
Why Telos exists
Decisions compound. Most systems don't notice.
Every day, thousands of decisions are made inside an organization. A procurement call. A hiring choice. A market entry. A product change. These decisions connect. They affect KPIs, outcomes, and long-term impact in ways that compound over time.
The systems most organizations rely on record those decisions as transactions. Without context. Without learning. Without memory. When a function underperforms or a strategy fails, stakeholders cannot trace what happened, what caused it, and what the evidence shows.
We recognized this problem a decade ago. We designed Telos around a simple idea. Capture every decision an organization makes. Understand why it was made. Learn what resulted from it. Over time, that accumulated intelligence allows Telos to predict, with statistical precision, the probability of any outcome before a decision is made.
A supply chain decision informed by every previous supply chain decision your organization has ever made. Every client we spoke to was subscribing to generic AI tools to automate word processing and code completion. The technology they actually needed — something that could reason through their operations and grow smarter with every decision — did not exist. So we built it.
