Integrity & Accountability
Every claim traces back to verified evidence. Every decision lives on the record. No shortcuts.
Founded in New York in 2014. Built sector by sector, problem by problem. Today an ecosystem of products and services powered by Telos — conceptualized, developed, and deployed under Lexington Advisory Group.
iQuantile is the infrastructure that did not exist. We built it because we needed it ourselves, working alongside the organizations we serve, sector by sector, problem by problem.
iQuantile was founded in New York in 2014. The conviction behind it: technology built with purpose creates impact that lasts.
In the years that followed, our team built solutions across finance, agriculture, supply chain, food services, mobility, manufacturing, ready-made garments, and research. Sector after sector. The problems changed. The pattern remained.
Every organization wanted technology that could help them grow, compete, and serve more people. Most were investing in tools that could not talk to each other, could not learn from their decisions, and added complexity to operations that were already stretched. The right infrastructure simply did not exist.
The nonprofit sector showed us this first. We built Quantibly to address it. Healthcare presented the same gap. We built Qare Health. Education reached out with the same systemic challenge. We built Lexis to make learning equitable and accessible. Every platform we built was a direct response to a real problem in a real sector.
Today, iQuantile is an ecosystem of products and services, each configured for a specific industry, all powered by Telos. Conceptualized, developed, and deployed under Lexington Advisory Group. Democratized through the Global Impact Commons.
Every day, thousands of decisions are made inside an organization. A procurement call. A hiring choice. A market entry. A product change. These decisions connect. They affect KPIs, outcomes, and long-term impact in ways that compound over time.
The systems most organizations rely on record those decisions as transactions. Without context. Without learning. Without memory. When a function underperforms or a strategy fails, stakeholders cannot trace what happened, what caused it, and what the evidence shows.
We recognized this problem a decade ago. We designed Telos around a simple idea. Capture every decision an organization makes. Understand why it was made. Learn what resulted from it. Over time, that accumulated intelligence allows Telos to predict, with statistical precision, the probability of any outcome before a decision is made.
A supply chain decision informed by every previous supply chain decision your organization has ever made. A market entry informed by every variable your organization has encountered across similar contexts. That is what institutional knowledge actually looks like when it is captured, structured, and put to work.
Every client we spoke to was subscribing to generic AI tools to automate word processing and code completion. The technology they actually needed — something that could reason through their operations and grow smarter with every decision — did not exist. So we built it.
Impactful technology that is available, accessible, affordable, and interoperable. Built for emerging economies, the global south, and rural communities across the western world. Technology as the great enabler. For everyone. We serve everyone by building technology that makes private sector companies genuinely accountable for their impact on society and the environment.
We measure success by the number of people our technology serves and the depth of impact it creates.
People own their data. AI should serve the public good. We build technology that is ethical by design, interoperable by principle, and accountable by architecture.
For private sector companies, this means business growth and verified impact happen simultaneously. Those two outcomes are the same outcome.
Every claim traces back to verified evidence. Every decision lives on the record. No shortcuts.
We argue from data, not from stories. Our work is judged by what it produced, not by how it was described.
We build new only where the old infrastructure cannot serve. Discipline matters more than novelty.
No platform succeeds alone. We design for interoperability, partnership, and shared standards from day one.
Technology earns its place by what it makes possible. Impact is the measure, not the marketing.
Every system we build serves people. The technology disappears. The outcomes do not.
iQuantile is conceptualized, developed, and deployed under Lexington Advisory Group. A team of practitioners with two decades of experience inside the operational, sustainability, and governance challenges our clients face today.
When you engage iQuantile, you engage the people who built it. Assessment, framework design, and deployment are handled by the same team from day one.
Every iQuantile deployment begins with an Assessment. Our sustainability experts assess your operations across all four EESG dimensions before any technology is introduced. The journey begins there.
